Terms of use

Last updated October 29, 2026. Plain-language template, not legal advice; have it reviewed before relying on it.

The service

WIRE is a macOS application. Credits let the app send requests through a server operated by Jesse Iriah ("we") to an AI provider and return the result. The app, your notes and your sessions stay on your Mac.

Credits

Credits are bought once, are not a currency or a deposit, and have no cash value. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase. A licence code is for one person; if it is shared publicly we may disable it.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the law and the AI provider's usage policies, not to use the service to harm others, and not to use WIRE where its use is forbidden, such as an exam or assessment that does not allow assistance. You are responsible for how you use the answers WIRE produces and for checking them: AI output can be wrong.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is. Speech and screen recognition, matching and AI answers can be late, incomplete or incorrect, so do not rely on WIRE where an error could cause harm. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop the service with reasonable notice. If we end it, we will refund unused credits bought in the last 12 months.
