What WIRE puts in front of you
Everything you write stays yours: plain files in a folder on your Mac. WIRE only decides what to show and when.
- Saved answers
- Write an answer once. When someone asks the same thing later, WIRE matches the question to it and shows it straight away.
- Live answers
- When nothing saved fits, an AI writes a short reply in three points, using the question, the recent conversation and your background notes. If the question arrives in pieces, WIRE waits for the whole of it.
- Your notes
- Browse notes by category with a key press. Add them as simple tab-separated files from a spreadsheet.
- Copilot
- One look at your screen and WIRE describes what is there and suggests the next step.

- You receive a licence code by email and paste it into WIRE under Settings, General. No separate AI account is needed.
- The price covers AI usage, payment fees and tax, with a small margin.
- Rather use your own Anthropic API key? WIRE supports that at no charge.
Before you buy
- What leaves my Mac?
- Notes, transcripts and settings stay on your Mac. To write an answer, WIRE sends the relevant text through our server to Anthropic and returns the reply. We keep only a count of credits used, not the content. With your own key, requests go straight from your Mac to Anthropic. Privacy details
- Which permissions does WIRE need?
- Screen and system audio recording, the microphone and speech recognition, only for the features you turn on. Everything starts off.
- What if it doesn't work for me?
