Refunds

If WIRE does not work for you, write to wireapplication@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase. If you have used fewer than 100 credits, we will refund the purchase. After that, or if more has been used, refunds are at our discretion, except where the law gives you the right to one.

If the service stops working because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, we will refund unused credits.
